Reunion of the 'CRUMP CLASS of 1967'

A reunion held at RSA Palmerston North. You will see some other coasties in this photo.

Dad trained in the Army as a mechanic, an electrical technician and a truck driver.

And probably makes sense from all of the tinkering that he did around home and his career path as a truck driver.

Dad was promoted to a Lance Corporal.

Dad would go awol often at camp and would be punished in one way
and was even sent to the army prison.

Dad was policed escorted out of Ohakune. For what? I don't know.

MEMORIES

In true fashion. Dads 21st birthday was held
at the Housing Area at the Linton Camp.
And mum remembers vividly of dad and his mates
cutting the cake with a chainsaw.

Him and his mates used to see who could eat the most eggs.
And mum rekons when they all got together they did dopey stuff (laugh)
